At the beginning of this year it seemed that the Asus Padfone would be released in quarter 3 of this year. But now it seems like the Padfone won't be released in The Benelux afterall.

Provider Vodafone is very clear, they say that they will not sell the Padfone. Provider T-Mobile responds with: "We don't plan to sell it". A third provider, KPN, didn't respond to the questions about the Padfone, but insiders tell that they probably won't sell it.

Asus is still unclear about it. But without the support of the large providers in The Benelux it's not likely that the Padfone will be released here.
