Hi!

I'm using padfone2. Yesterday I read and updated my phone to kitkat but haven't done yet.

Please help me!

my phone build number: JRO03L.HK_Padfone-10.4.17.7-0
Version: 4.1.1

File download from support.asus.com: HK_V10.4.17.7

I did in 2 ways: from phone using touch the "new file detected" and using the menu in hard reset mode.

My phone was updated and i received the message "updated successful" but my phone still 4.1.1

Please help me and tell me how to upgrade to kitkat
