hi, i just updated my phone OTA and it now keep installing the file and never get into the phone, it just keep installing the updates from the OTA.
i tried to wipe,but it is just doing the same.
the phone can boot to recovery. i did wipe data and cache.

the bootloader still locked, how can i flash the phone without with this situation?
if there any way i can unlock the bootloader in this state?
because i think the only way with the sideload, and my phone bootloader still locked.
i came with the idea of flashing it with microusb OTG by putting the file flash to the usb flashdrive (the same function as the sdcard) can i do that?

i am looking for your help please help me help me.
