Hi
I tried to change the battery of the phone but unfortunately, the jack or socket just crashed and it lost 2 of its 6 jacks.

Now, unfortunately, the guarantee is expired and I couldn't find any spare shop to have this item. right now my phone doesn't turn on.
is there any solution ? can I order this thing online or is there any way around?

Yes, this socket is a bit weak and really tiny. May your phone ever experienced a good fall this may be linked to the break, not only relacing the battery.
There is no replacement parts for those small gold bits.
The 2 missing parts should be stuck in the connector of your battery. First try this: putting this battery on, and use 2 thin glue pads: one to maintain the back of battery to the "screen", the other one to maintain the connector and the case on the black foam part. Try to apply different pressions above this connector part, phone opened and try to boot.
This worked for me.
Otherwise, extract the 2 missing parts with pliers and conserve them with care.
I'm sure a good equipied electronics tech can solder them on the board.

Thanks
honestly, I don't know exactly what your instructions means, if you mean to apply pressure to the connectors to make them connect again somehow, unfortunately it doesn't work anymore, my phone used to work even with two missing part but since it was turning off every time it was hitting the ground and I had to attach it again, I think I screw the battery itself too.

and btw, extract 2 missing part from where ?the are lost

but thanks again for the help.
