Change them to what ?

Its a system settings menu, you can change which system settings are available in the quick settings menu (done under settings, asus userdefined settings) - and you can change the order of them by clicking and dragging left or right - but it is a system settings menu, not a general shortcut menu, so you can only have shortcuts to system settings, you cannot change them to for instanse shortcuts to mail or other apps if thats what you are asking for ?

I can't find the menu point to change which settings will
be shown. Is this only available on jelly bean ?

I can only enable or disable them completely.
