Interesting reading for the "geekier" folk among us, at ArsTechnica, covering the details of Mozilla's new Firefox OS for mobile devices.

One day I'm hoping all devices will be "operating system agnostic;" that is, you'll be able to install any operating system on any device without having to have the electronic equivalent of a doctorate in brain surgery - but I admit that day will likely be a long way off into the future, if it ever comes.

Hmm... I've seen the FF OS in action... it has a huge developer base since a web developer should be able to develop for it... But it's not gonna make it against Apple and Google I guess...

But I agree, it would be awesome to be able to install any OS on our phones/tablets...

XD damn, thought I finished my sentence. What I was sating that they would have to give up some control over the device and not sure if they would want that.
