Bought it on eBay in Taiwan. I paid 814 Euro for phone, tablet, dock and stylus. Didn't have to pay taxes 'cause it was labeled as "warranty return".

You can install ADW Launcher from the market. I used it on my HTC Desire HD and TF101. ADW has full 180 rotation. Haven't tested it yet on my new (yay!) Padfone.
