I would try factory resetting it... I don't see any other option... if that doesn't work, you can try reflashing the latest firmware...

So this happes in both modes? in phone mode, and tablet mode... if so, I would exchange the phone, because you can't fix this yourself...

You could try factory resetting if you think it's worth a shot, but other than that, this is probably an issue that will be solved in a future update... I'm sorry...
