As far as I knwo there is no 4.0.4 update for the WW version...
If you want to try to flash the 4.0.4 CHT update, you have to flash it via the phones recovery...

Bt you can also try reflashing the lates...

Good Padfone apps

I use xtralogics remote desktop app a lot, it even supports the touchpad, and it makes the left key on the mouspad really a left key (even if configured different in settings)... There are a lot more ...

Try testing it some more in some other areas? And see if those little pins (on phone and inside the tab) are clean...
