With that error, you need to reload full firmware and update to the new one (without remove software from system).

Asus web site has WWE 9.20.4.22 full firmware.

Also I suggest install SuperSU replace Superuser, it works much better.

You will need to give the right for SuperSU in Superuser 1st time it run and it can replace Superuser thereafter.

1. Download and Full install 9.18 firmware.
2. Root it and Backup the root.
3. Temp Unroot and run "updates" to latest firmware.
4. Restore root.
