Hi all,

I'm encoutering an issue with my padfone station. When I dock the phone to the station and it seems to connect correctly, I see everything you would expect but I can't interact with the station. No touch inputs are registered but the headphone pause/mute button does work so I know the station is respsonsive in other ways and it isn't just frozen.

If I wait for the station to go to sleep then wake it (which isn't always possible) the station works as expected again, a little sluggish but receives touch inputs and is genrally workable.

Has anyone encoutered this before? Is a factory reset worth while or a waste of time? Any one know where to get a good priced station replacement in Australia.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I have encountered this too, i just push the phone a little up (so it disconnects) and then reconnect it again and it usually works again. It is pretty annoying when it happens.

Thanks for the reply Blue Mountain unfortunately that doesn't help me.

The issue has actually worsened over time and now the unit is completely unresponsive. Such a shame because I really enjoyed switching the tablet for some apps.

Thanks again.

Hi one thing you should try is taking the back off and then putting the phone into the station, it worked for me
