So recently everything on my phone stopped working. Since i turned on smart saving, everytime i reboot everything stopped working, google play services stopped working, process com.google.process.gapps stopped working, and it won't disappear. everytime i dismiss the notification, it kept on popping back.

And also another weird thing is that, everytime it reboots, it reverts back to its original state. even if i've turned off the smart saving and change some settings, everytime i reboot the phone, the settings revert itself and smart saving goes on again. i can't even change the brightness level as it keeps on changing itself.

does anybody have this problem? i've wiped my cache partition and the problem still persists. i've update my phone to the 11.8.4.6 (previously on the first version of the KitKat build) and the problem still persists.
